I would be happy to wind your new Fjordmade yarn into a handy cake! Each cake allows for the "center pull," so you can draw the yarn from the middle, as well as the outside. I will use my trusty swift and beautiful ball winder from Knitter's Pride to wind your gorgeous new yarn into a cake for you.
If you are ordering multiple skeins of yarn, please select correct quantity for caking.
A note: it is generally recommended to store your yarn in skeins for the long-term and wind them up into balls or cakes when you are getting ready to use them. If the cakes or balls are tightly wound, the yarn could stretch, and then relax and shrink back up - causing your project to shrink! I have never had this be a problem, and I believe the cakes I wind are loose enough to avoid that catastrophe. but I thought I would mention it.
